Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume seasons (such as holidays or new launches), processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic U.S. shipping is calculated at checkout. Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Holiday Shipping
During November and December, shipping carriers may experience delays. We recommend placing holiday orders early. Daily Light Jewelry is not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.

Order Tracking
All orders come with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to begin showing movement.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Daily Light Jewelry is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. Please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. If you need assistance, we’re happy to help guide you through the process.
