All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our jewelry pieces and for hygienic reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing, and photos before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo or video of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days and we will correct your order immediately.

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as most items begin processing quickly. Once an order enters production or ships, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Daily Light Jewelry is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost by the carrier

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Weather or transit delays

If a package is lost, please file a claim with the carrier. We are happy to assist with documentation.

Incorrect Address
If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, a reshipment fee will apply.
